5. Access and Correction of Your Personal Information (Personal Data)

The user can view and modify personal information by logging into the «Fantasy Hearts» Application (hereinafter referred to as the «FH» Application) and/or on the personal profile page.

The operator has the right to delete the user’s personal information and account if the user has violated any of the terms of the user agreement of the «FH» mobile application, as well as in the case of using the «FH» Application in violation of the laws of the Russian Federation.

Deleting a user’s account does not entail the deletion of comments made by this user regarding other participants (users of the «FH» Application), as well as reviews or comments made by other users of the «FH» Application about this user. All data collected by the «FH» Application during registration and use by the user, including the user’s personal data, messages, reviews, comments, transmitted multimedia files, and participant remarks, are stored in the «FH» Application database in accordance with international standards and the laws of the Russian Federation and can only be deleted by the operator upon the user’s request.

6. Data Security

The Operator takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures aimed at ensuring the security of users’ personal information from accidental loss, unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

Information provided by users of the «FH» Application is stored on secure servers behind firewalls.

The security and protection of your information also depend on you. Access to the «FH» Application is not password-protected, so it is strongly recommended to ensure that your mobile device is properly secured with a password, fingerprint recognition technology, or other security technologies, and is under your control.

Additionally, we encourage you to be cautious when using the «FH» Application in public places. Information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the «FH» Application or other individuals.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the Internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although the Operator does its best to protect users’ personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted through our «FH» Application. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.

The Operator is also not responsible for actions by users aimed at bypassing any privacy settings and/or violating security measures that we recommend following.

7. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

The Operator reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice and consent from the User.

The date of the last change to the Privacy Policy is indicated at the top of the page. The User is responsible for periodically visiting this Privacy Policy page to check for any changes and/or to familiarize themselves with them.

Continued use of the Application by the User after changes to the Privacy Policy are made is considered unconditional acceptance of these changes by the User.

Therefore, please periodically check the «FH» Application for updates to the Privacy Policy.

If you disagree with changes to the terms of collection, processing, and use of personal and other information, the User has the right to unilaterally cease using the «FH» Application and delete the «FH» Application from their device.

8. Other Conditions

The Operator does not collect or store data about individuals under the age of 18. Registration of such individuals for the purpose of using the «FH» Application is not allowed.

Furthermore, by registering and using this «FH» Application, the User guarantees that they do not intend and will not use the functionalities of the «FH» Application for inciting racial discrimination, national hatred, promoting violence, spreading defamation, information contrary to the principles of law and morality, as well as committing and disseminating information and materials of an unlawful nature.

The Operator does not control the collection or use of User information by third parties for advertising provided based on the analysis of the User’s interests and preferences. These third parties independently provide the User with ways to opt-out of information collection and/or use for these purposes.

In the event that the User:

• does not want their email address to be used for promoting our own or third-party goods or services,
• considers the use of information collected by the Operator, or information provided by the User, for delivering advertising according to the preferences of our advertisers’ target audience to be inappropriate,
• does not want the Operator to disclose their personal information to external or non-agent third parties for advertising and marketing purposes.

The User has the right to opt-out of the use of personal information for the specified purposes by contacting us via email: info@fantasy-hearts.ru.

9. Risk of Disclosure

Regardless of the protective measures taken by the Operator for the confidentiality of received personal data, the User is hereby duly informed that any transmission of Personal Data over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be secure, and therefore the User transmits such data at their own risk.

Acceptance of this Privacy Policy means that you agree to the terms of personal data collection and other personal information, give full and unconditional consent to the processing of personal data and other personal information, including the cross-border transfer of your personal data.

Downloading, registering, using the «FH» mobile application and game site means your unconditional acceptance of the terms and rules set forth in this Privacy Policy.
